Playtime Movements Spine Model

HOW IT WORKS?

Playtime Movement offers a spine model that helps you learn about the functioning of your spine and how your movements can affect it.
This product is specifically designed for Chiropractors, Physical Therapists, Physical Therapist Assistants, Personal Trainers, and PE Teachers. It provides a simple visual aid to describe the bony, disc, and ligamentous anatomy of the spine, which is different from what they already have access to.
This model makes it easy for the students to understand the importance of why posture matters and how to maintain proper posture, which can help optimize the spine, reduce the risk of potential spine injuries, and improve overall spinal health.
As an added benefit, you will also receive a free instructional video on how to use our spine model.

Testimonial

"Highly recommend these sessions. Caroline explains to the boys in a way they understand how their bodies move and what muscles to work with to improve their overall strength to minimize injuries particularly in sports. The boys really got into it and are looking forward to their next sessions."
